The three-story interior with the elevator comes professionally furnished and showcases high-grade appliances and bespoke finishes throughout for a truly luxurious experience. This quiet residential community is in a prime location with beach access within walking distance at the popular Varn Park. More nearby points of interest include Marineland Dolphin Adventure, the beach, restaurants, AdventHealth medical locations, Daytona International Speedway, Tanger Outlets, and St. Augustine.

The home is packed with family-friendly entertainment features and highlights, including furnished outdoor areas, a four-person hot tub, and a garage game room featuring a 75-inch TV, PlayStation, Ping-Pong, seating, and a board game table. The garage is also double entry, meaning you can wind down the moment you pull into the driveway. Additional perks include bodyboards, beach chairs, a beach table, snorkels, board games, cornhole, playing cards, and a grill.

The back patio includes a picnic bench and Adirondack chairs overlooking the Waterway, along with the hot tub for your choice of sunset-viewing venues. You can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean in the front yard. Two outdoor showers are equipped for added convenience.

The impressive full kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and accessories including a convection oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a stove with a hood, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee, and a regular coffee pot. Enjoy a filtered water system at the kitchen sink and refrigerator. There's plenty of mealtime seating between the dining table and the counter.

The primary suite boasts its own 75-inch smart TV plus a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a free-standing tub with water views, and a double vanity. Each guest room also has a smart TV. Sleep comfortably on memory foam mattresses on the king and queen beds. Four of the bedrooms feature balcony access.
